The service was great and they showed up on time. Our service tech was very professional and went right to work. He checked out everything and then suggested that the filter be changed out. The price of the filter was very reasonable, and then he suggested that I update the fan motor that is more energy efficient. He got me some pricing and I am going to up date it later on! Arctic Air is the best! Have used them for 9 years. What a great team. From office staff to technicians. Everyone is polite, helpful and they know their stuff. I use their maintenance plan so I see them twice a year. They take great care of my heating and air so I stay warm and cool with no break downs. Highly recommend them!

Called Arctic Air to check on my furnace with heating problems at my house. Setup appointment, super friendly folks helped set it all up. Mike came over helped us out diagnosed things and carefully made sure it ran back normal. After finding the main cause and doing the motor replacement everything worked back to normal. Very nice and friendly and gave really helpful suggestions. Good folks, great local business!
