Arctic Air is the original HVAC contractor of my new construction home, and they have been terrific in terms of answering questions and maintenance recommendations. Today, they came out for an "Air Balance", as one part of my house was noticeably cooler than the other. Technician Mike showed me exactly what he was doing, and was able to address the issue in minutes. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The technician was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained several issues about the system’s efficiency and effect on air quality. He also explained each step he was taking with respect to the maintenance. Overall he was very polite and professional
The gentleman that came out, Mike, was very informative. He did find some thing that was not correct with my heater and fixed it. I will definitely be using them for future follow ups along with my air conditioner too.
